Holiday Miracle Henry Buhl of Ace Foundation Forced to Remove Illegal Planters Displacing Veteran and Artist Vendors

The Ace Foundation is suppose to help homeless men and women but even the short clip captured by a vendor as fork lift are put in place show Henry Buhl leaning against a wall in a red jacket as an Ace Worker in red uniform --  a person of color works cleaning around a garbage can -- but Buhl tried to illegally evict Veteran Vendors and Artist who have been there for years and many are People of Color!

Does he want them in homeless shelters.  These are hard times and he has displaced them for 6 months illegally breaking the law but no handcuffs for him.  If OWS did this they would have been removed instantly with arrests and fines!

Miracles do happen and thanks to everyone who helped to make this slow moving miracle happen!

Preet Bharara refuses to go back in Time CityTime and re-do the indictment.  It seems like he is protecting top SAIC officials and NYC Gov officials.   His office claims they are swamped with millions of pages of paper work but SAIC shareholders suing SAIC agree with my theory about SAIC robbing us way back before Denault was even hired.  The Richard Valcich letter proves it.

NYPD Corruption Abuse of Power Out of Control.  I was a patient and this woman had road rage over the top response because I asked nicely if she would consider paper cups instead of styrofoam.  She berated me, got out from behind the long reception counter, stalked me to the exit where she violently gave me the finger. The corrupt cops felt I deserved this. According to the 1st Precinct this never happened yet how many false arrests have they made and they wanted to add me to this list unless I dropped the assault charges Det. Vergona wanted me to wait 4 days and come in Saturday for arrest.  Why?  How many crimes to the NYPD make disappear?  Talk about stat fixings.  How many rapes do they make disappear? The NYPD are out of control and abuse their power.  A Federal Investigation is needed for the NYPD asap.

MTA Black Hole Happy USPS Even Worse!

MTA considering get rid of discounts?  The MTA gets money hand over fist from New Yorkers and perhaps if they stop stealing it and the top people enjoying perks they don't deserve maybe we would have clean subway cars and stations without the live Rat Circus that sometimes takes to the platforms to join us folks that watch trains become expresses when there are no expresses for that line.

The stairwells are too narrow and can't accommodate the population growth Bloomberg and Amanda the People's Burden keep pushing without addressing basic infrastructure issues!


MTA happy the USPS exists === 1 biz that is more corrupt and treats customers even worse.   At least the MTA doesn't have the term "Going Postal" but MTA and USPS criminal and USPS abuses federal status in every way possible!

The USPS Postal Police are the biggest joke in town and can't catch corruption if it was in their face but even if they did the Union protects corrupt workers and they get extensive pay packages even if they commit murder (? yes I think so) like the NYPD until recently changed...the one good think the accidental gov changed.

The only way to fire a corrupt USPS worker is to promote them to management.

Look at the job USPS management does!

What ever the MTA and USPS have been doing -- it is so clearly wrong and they keep on going on getting away with murder.

Albany to City Hall Politicians Win Tiny Voter Turn-ou!

How much did this truck advertisement cost tax payers.

here is the news...

NY State and NYC -- voters rank 47 out of 50 States for the lowest voter turn out so when you see a NY Politician know they one with one of the lowest voter turn-outs in the country.

I am not voting tomorrow just like last election for NY Assembly because I asked for help and I was not answered.

New York Politicians have no voter turn out because New Yorkers have no faith in them and pretty much accept they are corrupt and it is the lesser of two evils or you are just stuck with someone who is not responsive so why bother.

From Albany to City Hall they vote with greed not representing the People and a democracy.
