My goal is to testify in front of US Senate Commitee about Dr Andrew Fagelman Dirty DAs Police and how internal affairs is not capable of policing the police and I hope People who lost loved ones or victims of coercion like me join me in testifying with the goal to change federal laws to hold those who want to be accomplices to crime or commit crime accountable make them do the time specially if they hold the position of a DA NYPD internal affairs federal changes federal laws and laws have to change the whole Drs. like Dr. Andrew Fagelman accountable with extra harsh laws for anyone in the medical community including receptionist that harm medical patients and also lie has her own police reports prove putting a letter she sign threatening me yet again warning me not to come back and file assault charges ever again. I can't help but wonder if Joe Tacopina drafted that stupid threatening letter she signed? See the one that also threatened me I need to been warned me not to come forward or the tables would be turned on me?
I call Delita Hooks The Ray Rice of medical reception desk but she is worse than him if that's possible just not as strong as him. She is a violent liar who is confident she could lie to the police line police reports lied any medical patient stupid enough to believe her it's shocking but then again Ted Bundy had his supporters.
Two videos -- in my case the NYPD and Internal Affairs all saw the running punch to my head -- Deilta Hooks aimed for my left eye making a hole in my retina....she did not succeed in her goal to knock me out and drag me by hair to the elevator floor -- she didn't get me to the ground but she did a running punch as I held bags.
I am alleging the Manhattan DA was notified over a year and a half ago and turned me away when I reported the NYPD threatened me and coerced me -- I was lucky to not end up with more damage than the hole in my retina, floaters an abundance and cervical damage but I could have ended up DEAD like ERIC GARNER.

Did NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd take anything compensation gifts while on the Board of FirstNet which was when he was employed by the City of NY and the NYPD -- did that get past the conflict of interest board? Bill Bratton held FirstNet board meetings at one police plaza until FirstNet came under scrutiny! Ray Kelly did not blow the whistle on 911 Tech corruption starting with HP because HP has huge contracts with homeland security and he wanted to be head of homeland security so he and bloomberg who wanted to be president protected HP? What is Bill de Blasio's excuse for all the corruption with the NYPD IAB including my case -- he has his wife and his son go to one police plaza well do something with my case but de Blasio does not.

My patient rights and my body repeatedly violated, Dr Fagelman did not fire Delita Hooks so the NYPD, IAB and DA did him quite a favor not arresting my attacker for menacing, false cross complaint, assault 2nd degree and for threatening me in a signed letter to her NYPD fixers which was read to me by IAB lt Mary O'Donnell who did not think Delita Hooks threatening me was at all unusal in a signed letter to her NYPD fixers.
