Dear Harold J. Jodi Arias and Ted Bundy could act very nicely as Delita Hooks can but she
has a lot of negative reviews and critics of her behavior and bad attitude and she made a hole in my retina and damaged my neck.
She had no right to touch me body and it started with an irrational crazy verbal assault and than when she could of closed the door she threatened me with bodily harm.
Isn't it odd she was not fired and the NYPD and Internal Affairs are involved in fixing a violent crime
for that medical office?
There is no reason EVER to hit a person let alone a customer and medical patient.
I agree there is something very wrong there but not where you are focused and your comments
are worse than petty in my opinion you defense of the indefensible is sick.

8/14/2013I like Dr. Fagelman! He seems to care about my overall health, not just my immediate concern. He is attentive, asks questions, and genuinely takes what I say into account.
I've been a patient of his for 7 years maybe? And over that time his staff's performance has varied. However, recently I believe it has improved. I will go on record and say that in my experience Delita has been one of his best employees. She's competent, responsive, and respectful. I'd have liked to be a fly on the wall that day.
The only negatives I can come up with are that I do sometimes have to wait a few days to get an appointment, which is frustrating when I am sick. Also, Dr. Fagelman is responsible and sometimes chooses the "wait and see" method over immediately giving me antibiotics. Additionally he sometimes has an intern or nursing student, which seems to take longer for the patient and feels a little less "private." And finally, and possibly a bit petty, his operatories can be stuffy since they don't have their own AC ducts. Somehow there needs to be better airflow through his practice.
I got a small cyst removed/biopsied by an MD that shared the suite. My MD vacated the premises w/ her partner 2 weeks after I was violently assaulted. After the medical procedure which included 2 numbing injections to my arm I went to get water from the cooler and said hey would you consider paper cups instead of styrofoam cups -- it is better for the environment.
Delita stood up and yelled at me who am I to say anything? Delita yelled I have no rights! She yelled bizarre untruths about me leaving trash in the waiting room. I walked back over to my MD because Delita came out from behind the long closed off counter to menace me following me for some reason but she was already in with her patient. I asked her assistant what is with her?
By Delita Hooks berating me, giving me the finger she actually violated my Patient Rights not that Dr. Fagelman cared or the other staff members.
I had left my iphone on the counter by my MD's receptionist which is when Delita positioned herself by the exit so I had to pass her as I exited.
Delita violently gave me the finger.
At that point as I was leaving I got out my video camera to document her violating my patient rights and shocking unprofessional behavior and said please would you give me the finger again I am video taping now. She knocked my Iphone to the ground which I told her is assault. She knocked my phone out of my hand again and than told me she was going to slap the crap out of me! "Don't take no frigging pictures." Dee than removed her shoes and ran over to me punched me in the eye and ripped hair out of my head. I have scratches on my arm defensive wounds I think from the key on her wrist. I have video footage. I am missing a large pink hooping earring but she did not rip my ear lobe. Dr. Fagelman never said a word to me. I have a video that is shocking the medical community. No apologies, zero compassion just blame the victim...quality care huh?
Delita also tried to kick me in the groin as she kept pulling my hair and would not let go. Her barefoot barely made contact with my groin; not enough to hurt. I got the beginning of the attack but as she runs at me and punches me the camera fades to black. You can her Dr. Fagelman's staff & dental staff yell "Don't do it Dee!" Why did she go for my eye, hair & groin? Why so violent and allowed to go back to her desk?
Delita assaulted me repeatedly using me as a Human Pinata and than lied about me and blamed me. I never even put down my bags - one very heavy as she repeatedly assaulted me. My arm was numb from 2 injections in my arm. I did defend myself after the 3rd hit to my body but still did not put down my bags and iphone which shut off as she did her running punch to my eye.
Dee threw one of her shoes at me before she lunges at me out in the hall way w/running punch to my eye. She came out from behind a long closed off counter to menace me and wait at the door for me to exit to violently give me the finger. Dr. Fagelman took the hippocratic oath? Dr. Fagelman did not fire Delita!
Update:
Internal Affairs is now investigating the matter. I had problems with my vision and had to see a retina specialist who found a hole in left eye from Delita Hooks punching me as hard as possible in my eye. With out laser surgery to repair the eye he said my retina would have detached and I would have lost vision. I have scar tissue in my eye from Delita a terrible violent liar.

See the video; she is at the door and instead of closing it she leans on it to better hit me and the phone. The NYPD that "handled" this supposed investigation are being investigated by IA and it 4 months now I continue to wait for Justice....only in NYC $400 + medical visit and Dr. Fagelman's receptionist office manager threatened to slap the crap out of me, punches me in the eye, rips out my hair and earring, damages my iphone case and goes back to her desk works and than after learning I went to the NYPD files a false cross complaint against me the next day. The women in the video I am told all lied about me not knowing I had video? None of them called 911. I walked over to the First Precinct. The public member urged me to go back and call 911 or he said it would go no where. I refused to go back!
Go there at your own risk. I suggested to the NYPD Det to wear riot gear but he never went over there. He could not understand photobook flipped image so the photo uptop shows my right eye.
