Mr Peters, Mayor De Blasio, Mr Eure: I attempted to report 911 Tech corruption to Mr. Peters who referred me to IAB. I have documentation. I would like an apology and action. I am now reporting that Mr. Bratton and Mr Dowd hosted a board meeting for FirstNet at 1 Police Plaza and in my opinion this is not ethical. Did Mr. Dowd receive anything for being a board member? Please let me know do I report this to DO or IAB because my case proved to me IAB cant police the police. IAB cant police 911 Tech corruption.
