Great Job Juan. First CityTime, then ectp, now you can move on to Citiserv and show how IBM is running FISA and is in bed with the ex doitt assistant commissioner at Dyntek, and are bilking the city of millions of dollars.

How come the Allens easily got on a plane and flew away?
How did CityTime - a corrupt sham flourish all these years? No praise for DOI but how about indictments inside City Hall.

Thank you for spreading the word. These cops abused their power and their lawyers dehumanized and demonized the rape victim accusing her of everything but raping the cop. Joe Hell Bound Tacopina and Chad Venus Fly Trap Seigel belong in jail in my opinion as well. They raped the NYPD rape victim in court sending a message to corrupt cops to rape away.
How could Imette St. Guillen and Ann Le’s family hire an attorney that took such pleasure in crossing the line with his inappropriate questions and don’t forget Chad Seigel’s Venus Fly Trap analogy posed as a question to send a message that the rape victim was like a Venus Fly Trap, a flesh eating plant that lures it’s victim, crushes it and destroys it....a misogynist set-up! Chad Seigel was Venus Fly Trap analogy was comparing a rape victim’s bruised vagina and all our vaginas to a Venus Fly Trap dehumanizing and dehumanizing women.
Even more girls and women will not come forward thanks to this sham of a trial...the fix was in in.
The jury could not understand that DNA is not required and clearly as one awful juror stated...she got herself in to this situation which is blaming the victim.

We were sold the lie by Christine Quinn that we needed Mike Bloomberg for a 3rd term to help us with the economy. Mike and Christine only helped themselves and their pals as though wrong harsh cuts are coming along with way too long aiding and abetting flawed massive money guzzling tech systems that made the largest amount of outsourced workers rich as union workers were laid off and continue you to be. City Workers that had honest and loyal served NYC for years were sent emails over Christmas you are laid off.
Was SAIC worth all the money we paid them and sub-contractors?
Ditto for the 911 Tech System.
The Bloomberg Administration and Speaker Quinn who ignored 2 investigations into CityTime be brushed aside when it took me a matter of a few hours of reading to understand we should not renew and instead we needed a full investigation so these people do not belong in office and because they are politically connected they do not have to worry about Jail Time in the this Big Time CityTime fraud.
I ask you does CityTime work.

Christine Quinn FAILED NYers CityTime BigTime Plus Preet Bharara Why No Indictments of NYC Gov Workers That Aided and Abetted SAIC and a hierarchy of theft for so long?
DOI had head of Office of Payroll Whistle Blower Hero Richard Valchich’s letter for 10 years and DID NOTHING?

SAIC enablers and don’t forget Rudy’s best friend Peter Powers a lobbyist for SAIC. Mike acted like SAIC was heroin and Mike was a drug king pin. We want a full refund. 50 mill contract Mike was forced to cancel 2 and half weeks ago with SAIC not CityTime. This was not discussed at Friday’s SAIC Shareholder meeting.
p.s. I left out Mark Page!!!!!!!!!! Bloomberg appointed Mark to the MTA board and Deputy mayor Harris’s husband and their son is head of IT cozy. Did Mark Page and Harris’s husband try and push through the SAIC MTA deal we all fought tooth and nail? The MTA decided if SAIC over ran their budget all the bills would go to the NY Gov. meaning the tax payers! Greg Mocker of WPIX reported this. Also remember DiNapoli killed the deal and SAIC and MTA were still trying to push through that deal!
On a humorous note an admiring individual said I want to have Preet Bharara’s baby! Trouble is a guy said that to me. Just a moment of humor....
