If SAIC had its way on CityTime, the City of New York would have been perpetually paying SAIC for recurring maintenance fees (remember the "maintenance for life deal"?).

CityTime Payroll System was meant to modernize timekeeping in the City of New York and for all those dining on "Greed Pie" they envisioned  a "forever" money maker for SAIC.   SAIC and NYC Gov aimed for road trips to sell CityTime and NYC Gov would a percentage of the sale.  Needless to say that won't be happening with the payroll or the troubled 911 Tech System.

SAIC wanted  the 911 contract like the SAIC MTA contract and but banned because of CityTime so SAIC was denied entree to 911, but did just get a planning bid for FirstNet aka 911 in California. 

First Net board member was Bill D'Agostino CEO Verizon, he stepped down.

NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd head of 911 commission in NYC was just given walking papers from Bill Bratton yet still sits on First Net Board.   

NYPD Chief Dowd got busted for accepting gifts from Verizon....   I  asked Internal Affairs did Chief Dowd receive anything for his role as board member on FirstNet?  

 Its a feeding frenzy on who's gonna get the First Net 7 billion dollar contract???

Greed pie over-drive causing some "national bad feeling" and calls for an investigation in to FirstNet?

If Verizon and  ATT: monopolize the national 911 tech  system  will that mean we get surcharged on top of my tax payer dollars and spend countless hours fighting the phone companies for features and 911 access, Orwellian question......it won't be free even if there's a 7 billion dollar price tag for FirstNet?   Its a way for these Corporate thieves to get permanent payments and squeeze taxpayers even more???

Hey Mike Bloomberg, Ray Kelly, Bill Bratton and FirstNet:

 Why not do what's happening  in  Vermont? Vermont has set up the first statewide  911 set up an emergency via text!!!...seems like its way cheaper and more effective; replacing the "old phone systems" Right. Text, not much bandth with needed on that?  Does texting overload like the 911 phone system?

 (I have been asking why can't we text 911 for years now to help cut down on the long term flaw of Rescue Workers being sent to the wrong place and also because NYC Gov has allowed over 2 billion dollars price tag.... why can't we text?????)
